Delivery
We are committed to providing delivery of the goods to meet your
deadlines. Most of our equipment is shipped in custom-built flight
cases to ensure proper secure delivery to the desired destination.
Heavy and urgent loads are usually delivered by our own transport.
Next day service is affected by national carriers for a 11.00am
delivery typically to any part of the UK mainland. Parcels for Europe
are shipped via international carriers on a timed delivery.

On-site Support
We offer on-site support with our highly trained engineers and
technicians who will deliver, install and remain on-site for supporting
the equipment. Please ask our Sales Office for a quotation for the
duration you require.

Telephone Support
Following receipt of the goods, we are always at hand to assist
you by telephone support thus ensuring that you are able to carry
on with your work. All calls are logged and the engineer or technician
dealing with your request will provide you with a unique call reference
number to log your call. In the event that there has been malfunction
on any equipment, immediate remedial action will be taken to either
repair or replace the equipment during the subsistence of the contract.

Maintenance
All equipment supplied on rental carries our own maintenance program
at no extra charge.
